At Christina Cosmeceuticals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
